The Chef’s Table in Wānaka is back and better than ever, serving an ever-evolving dining experience with front-row access to some of the region’s finest, artfully crafted cuisine.

Now occupying the Main Hall in the majestic Rippon Hall, guests stay warm and toasty during the winter months with a roaring open fire set against a rustic, farmhouse-inspired interior.

The Chef’s Table keeps things fresh with a constantly changing menu that celebrates seasonal, local produce. This winter, expect bold comfort dishes like harissa lamb shoulder, cottage pie with blue cheese mash, and market fish, plus indulgent sides from roasted agria potatoes to curry-roasted cauliflower.

And that’s before dessert even makes an entrance. Choose from a rich dark chocolate brownie or a towering ice cream sundae piled high with every sweet fixings a dessert dream is made of.

The First Table offer applies to the ‘Trust the Chef’ two- and three-course menus, giving diners a true taste of the full experience. Please note that bar snacks are not included in this offer.
