Good Eastern Taphouse

Good Eastern Taphouse is Rotorua’s home of sport, bringing together big-screen action, great food and a lively atmosphere in the heart of Lynmore. With the biggest screen in town, full sound from every seat and 18 taps pouring Good George beer, it’s the perfect spot to settle in and enjoy the game.

The menu is made for game day, featuring hearty favourites including loaded platters, juicy burgers and their famous foot-long footdogs. The venue regularly screens live UFC, rugby, NRL and all the major sporting events, with a big and lively atmosphere to match.

Open seven days a week, Good Eastern Taphouse is open from 3 pm Monday to Wednesday and from 12 pm Thursday to Sunday. Guests can also enjoy bingo, quiz nights and Sunday Sessions with live music, while families can take advantage of kids eat free every Sunday.

For functions, the venue hosts Christmas parties, work events, birthdays and sports club gatherings across six spaces, including the heated all-weather Courtyard and the option to hire the whole venue.
