The menu evolves regularly, celebrating modernised Kiwi classics. Dinner kicks off with snacks like potato and burnt butter rosti with Kiwi dip, followed by starters such as Ruakākā kingfish crudo. For mains, there’s tender Royalburn lamb shoulder with beetroot and Pinot Noir chutney, or delicate turbot with cannellini beans and green-lipped mussels.
