Serving up seriously good food with plenty of Italian influence, the wood-fired oven sits at the heart of the kitchen. Neapolitan-style pizzas are the hero, with house-made sourdough bases and toppings ranging from locally made pepperoni and spicy nduja to locally grown oyster mushrooms.

Beyond pizza, there’s plenty more to get stuck into, with pastas, snacks and sharing plates made for the middle of the table. Think nonna’s meatballs, arancini, wood-fired Tuscan cheese with flatbread and seasonal vegetables. And because Italy knows a thing or two about dessert, save room for tiramisu or a very good cannoli.
